    Holly Rachel Vukadinović (Serbian Cyrillic : Вукадиновић, born 11 May, 1983), who is better known by her stage name of Holly Valance, is an Australian actress and ARIA nominated singer.

    Early life

    Holly was born on the 11th of May 1983 in Melbourne, Australia to Mother Rachel and Father Ryko Valance. Her Mother is English and her Father’s family hail from Montenegro. She is related to the late British comedian Benny Hill — Hill’s cousin was her grandfather (cousins twice removed). Valance was educated at the Star of the Sea College, a Roman Catholic high school in Melbourne.

    She began a modelling career at age 12 when she discovered she was too young legally to get a job at McDonalds where all her friends worked, and always very ambitious, had to find some other way of earning money. Never really passionate about modelling but successful, she continued until the age of 15 when an opportunity arose to audition for her childhood favourite TV series “Neighbours”. Valance was given the role of bolshie ‘Felicity Scully’ and would remain a show favourite for 3 years. Whilst still shooting the series Holly’s other passion, music, was being pursued.     Holly Marie Combs

    Holly Marie Combs Donoho (born December 3, 1973) is an American actress. Her roles have included portrayals of Piper Halliwell in the American television series Charmed and Kimberly Brock in Picket Fences, for which she received a Young Artist Award.

    Biography

    Early life

    Holly Marie Combs was born in San Diego, California, USA. At the time of her birth, her mother, Lauralei Combs (née Berckhem), was sixteen years old and her father was seventeen. Combs’ biological parents married, but the two split up after two or some years, feeling they were too young to make a marriage work. While Combs was learning to walk, she hit her head on a marble table, resulting in a scar over her right eyebrow. She went through many different homes with her mother, often having very little privacy, while her mom attempted to pursue an acting career. When Combs was seven, she and her mother moved to New York City. She was 12 when her mother married her stepfather. In New York City, Combs attended Beekman Hill Elementary and then The Professional Children School of Acting.Holly did much of small budget films like simple men and a perfect stranger but her successes were found in TV series like Picket Fences and Charmed.She also played in high budget film Ocean’s Eleven starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt.     Hillary Swank

    Hilary Ann Swank (born July 30, 1974) is an American actress. Her Hollywood film career began with a small part in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992) and then a major part in The Next Karate Kid (1994), where she played Julie Pierce, the first female protégé of the sensei Mr. Miyagi. She has become known for her two Academy Award-winning performances: first as Brandon Teena, a transgender man in the movie Boys Don’t Cry (1999), and a struggling waitress-turned-boxer, Maggie Fitzgerald, in Million Dollar Baby (2004).

    Early life

    Swank was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, the daughter of Judy (née Clough), a secretary and dancer, and Stephen Swank, who was an officer in the Air National Guard and later a traveling salesman. She has a brother, Dan. Many of her family members hail from Ringgold County, Iowa. Swank came from humble beginnings, particularly as a child growing up in a trailer park near Lake Samish in Bellingham, Washington, to which she moved at age six, after having lived in Spokane, Washington. Swank has described her younger self as an “outsider” who felt that she belonged “only when [reading] a book or [seeing] a movie, and could get involved with a character,” and was thus inspired to become an actress.     Hilary Duff

    Hilary Erhard Duff (born September 28, 1987) is an American actress, pop singer-songwriter and entrepreneur. After working in local theater plays and television commercials in her childhood, Duff gained fame for playing the title role in the television series Lizzie McGuire. Duff went on to have a film career; her most commercially successful movies include Cheaper by the Dozen (2003), The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003), and A Cinderella Story (2004).

    Duff has expanded her repertoire into pop music, with four RIAA certified Platinum albums and over thirteen million albums sold worldwide. Her first studio album, Metamorphosis (2003), was certified triple platinum and she followed it up with two more platinum albums, Hilary Duff (2004) and Most Wanted (2005). Duff’s last studio album, Dignity, was released in April 2007 and was certified Gold in August 2007.

    She has also launched a clothing line, “Stuff by Hilary Duff”, and two exclusive perfume collections with Elizabeth Arden. Duff and her mother were listed as producers for the movie Material Girls, As of September 2008, her upcoming films include animated comedy Foodfight!, and independent films Greta, Safety Glass and Stay Cool.
